Police are appealing for information in the search for a missing man.

Peter Henderson was last seen at 12.17am on Tuesday in the Pear Tree Walk of Newington, near Sittingbourne.

The 65-year-old is described as white, around 5ft 10ins, and has light grey combed-over hair.

He also has a grey short beard, wears glasses and is believed to be wearing a raincoat, shoes, and a backpack, the colours of which are unknown.
