Raiders grab cigarettes worth £3,100

CIGARETTES worth a total of £3,100 have been stolen in a burglary at shop in the high street at Newington, near Sittingbourne.
Detectives want to trace two men who escaped from in a white ‘G’ registration Vauxhall Carlton at about 12.10am on Thursday (December 22).
One of the burglars is about 5ft 8in tall and of stocky build. He wore a black balaclava, a white top, black bottoms and white trainers.
He was accompanied by a man also described as being 5ft 8in tall and of stocky build. He was wearing a dark jacket, dark trousers, black trainers and what appeared to be a balaclava or hood of a jacket. He also wore a white top under his jacket and white gloves.
