M2 coastbound lane shut between A249 for Sittingbourne and Junction 6 for Faversham

Motorists are facing another evening of delays on the M2.
One lane was blocked after a crash on the coastbound M2 between Junction 5 for the A249 Sittingbourne and Junction 6 for Faversham and queues are up to six miles long.
A Kent Police spokesman confirmed officers were at the scene and a closure was put in place.
No serious injuries have been reported after a crash at around 5.40pm, which is thought to have involved three cars.
A vehicle has been recoveredat around 6.3 from one of the lanes and traffic should start getting moving shortly.
One ambulance is at the scene.
Traffic faced delays on the M2 yesterday after a three-vehicle crash.
