THE body of a man, believed to be in his 20s, has been discovered in a disused garage.

Kent Police say that the body was found at about 4pm yesterday in Roman Square, just off the high street in Sittingbourne.

The body was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital at Gillingham where a post mortem will take place.

A Kent Police spokesman said: "We are not currently treating the man’s death as suspicious."
