00:00, 01 April 2005
SITTINGBOURNE boss Steve Lovell moved quickly to bolster his squad with four signings on transfer deadline day.
Ricky Spiller, older brother of Gillingham’s Danny, joined from Dover, Peter Taylor arrived from Maidstone and Charlie Belcher came in from Dartford.
All three are midfielders who have played for Lovell in the past.
Striker John Vary has had spells at Kingstonian and Chatham and joins Ryan Peters, who played for Lovell at Hastings, as free agent signings confirmed ahead of Thursday's 5pm cut-off.
