Sittingbourne defender Lex Allan lands Norwich City trial
07:00, 02 November 2017
Lex Allan is to spend a week training with Championship club Norwich.
The Canaries have been keeping an eye on the 6ft 7in Sittingbourne defender and want to see more of him.
Allan, 18, has already trained with Millwall and played a trial match for Crystal Palace, with Norwich the latest club to show an interest.
Brickies boss Nick Davis said: “He’s going to Norwich for a week and they’re going to put him up.
“They’ve got a couple of places in their under-23s and are going to have a look at him.
“It was going to be next week but Lex is away so it will be the week after. They’re keen to get him involved.
“He’s looking forward to it. It’s another opportunity for him and good experience, regardless of what happens.”
