It’s been a season to remember for Sittingbourne quad bike racer Seth Terrell.
Fresh from his success in finishing second at the Pont-de-Vaux Festival in France in the summer, Terrell has secured a hat-trick of titles on home soil.
The 14-year-old, a pupil at Westlands School, won the 100cc British Championship along with north and south series crowns.
His brothers who, like Seth, compete for EDR Racing, also fared well.
Beau, nine, was third in the north and sixth in the south, also competing in the 100cc class, while Harry, 16, was 15th in the north 250cc class - having missed a round for GCSEs - and 11th in the south.
“Seth was absolutely buzzing,” said mum Louise. “It’s been a long year but he’s done so well - all the boys have.
“They’re already looking forward to next season. It starts in April but they’re already doing practice days.
“They’re all moving up a class, so we’re not chasing any championships but they’re already sussing out what the competition is going to be like.
“Beau’s going up to the 150, Seth’s going up to 250 and Harry’s doing the 450, so it’s a whole new territory for them. They can’t wait.”
