Ford KA ends up in dyke in Tenterden

A motorist and their passengers had a rough night after their car ended up in a dyke.
The Ford KA became submerged after leaving the road near Tenterden on Friday.
Police were called to Smallhythe Road at 10.15pm after reports of the car leaving the carriageway.
Officers arrived at the scene to provide assistance, and the occupants were able to safely exit the vehicle.
The silver hatchback left the road near a sharp 90-degree bend.
Thankfully, no serious injuries were reported.
