Firefighters tackle house blaze in Top Road, in Tenterden

Firefighters raced to a rural home this morning to tackle a house blaze.
Emergency crews were called to Top Road, in Tenterden, just after 7am, where they found the first floor and roof of a house on fire.
Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters searched the property to check no one was inside.
A spokesman for the fire service said: "Everyone was accounted for and crews put out the fire using main jets and fog spike.
"We are still at the scene damping down and turning over hotspots.
"There are no reported injuries and the cause of the fire is not yet known."
Police and the SECAmb Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) are also at the scene.
A police spokesman said: “No injuries have been reported and no road closures are in place at this time.”
