Man in 70s dies after crash on A262 Biddenden Road, near Nortons Lane in Tenterden

A man in his 70s has died following a crash near Tenterden.
It happened at about 9.30am when a grey Skoda and a white Mercedes van collided on the A262 Biddenden Road, near the junction with Nortons Lane.
Police and paramedics attended and the driver of the car, a man in his 70s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road was closed for several hours while investigations were carried out.
Officers are urging anyone who saw the incident, or has dashcam footage which may assist, to contact them.
