Jewellery stolen from house in Appledore Road, Tenterden in the middle of the day

Police are trying to trace a man in a grey hoodie who was acting 'suspiciously' near a house after a daylight break-in.
A car was also seen driving slowly along the road following the theft at the home in Appledore Road, Tenterden yesterday.
Jewellery was stolen in the break-in, which took place between 10.15am and 12.30pm.
Police are now appealing to any one with information to get in touch.
A spokesman said: "Officers are interested in a white vehicle which was seen near the property and a car seen driving slowly along that road.
"A man wearing a grey hooded top was also reported as suspicious.
"Officers are studying CCTV images and are appealing for anyone with information to contact them."
The spokesman added: "Crime in Tenterden remains low. This is one of two burglaries reported since January 1."
