Two puppies stolen just before Christmas have been reunited with their owner.
The two chihuahuas, an 11-month-old black and tan and a brown 16-week-old wolf sable, were taken just before 4pm on Tuesday, December 19, from a property in Greenside, High Halden.
The theft happened after two people went to look at the dogs, which were for sale and during the viewing the puppies were taken outside before reportedly being stolen.
Two men made off from the area in a silver car.
The chihuahuas were handed in to police officers in Ashford on New Year’s Eve following a public appeal for information.
No arrests have been made but officers are appealing for information regarding the theft and have released an CCTV image of two men they would like to speak to in relation to the incident.
