Woman trapped in car at Old Surrenden Manor Road, Bethersden

A woman was trapped in her car after it was involved in a collision with another vehicle on Old Surrenden Manor Road, Bethersden.
The crash involved a silver Mercedes and a blue Volkswagen estate and a woman in her 40s had to be released from her car by firefighters using hydraulic cutting equipment.
She was transferred to hospital, while the other driver was treated at the scene by paramedics.
The incident happened just after 1.30pm today and firefighters were at the scene for an hour.
