Police appeal following fatal Christmas Eve crash on A274 Headcorn Road between Biddenden and Headcorn

A pensioner has died in hospital following a crash on Christmas Eve.
The incident happened on the A274 Headcorn Road, near its junction with Bell Lane, between Biddenden and Headcorn.
A red Seat Alhambra was travelling from Biddenden towards Headcorn when it was involved in a crash with a black Audi SQ5 that was coming in the opposite direction.
Police officers attended the scene along with paramedics.
A passenger in the Audi, a woman in her 80s, was taken to hospital where she died on Thursday (December 29).
The driver of the Audi was also taken to hospital along with a child who was in the Seat.
Kent Police's Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is carrying out inquiries and officers are appealing to anyone who saw what happened, or has relevant dashcam footage, to come forward.
