Four people allegedly fled the scene of a single car crash in Ramsgate, sparking a police appeal for witnesses.

The people, believed to be teenage boys, exited the red Vauxhall Corsa after it was crashed into a lamppost and a wall in Dumpton Park Drive on Friday, May 12 at around 4.30am.

The four initially left on foot int he direction of Hereson Road, and two returned shortly after and then left via a nearby alleyway before officers arrived.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the crash or have information about the identity of the teenage boys.
