Margate man arrested after QEQM Hospital car park rape

A man has been arrested after a woman says she was raped in a hospital car park.
It was reported that the sexual assault took place inside a vehicle on the grounds of the QEQM in Margate between 9pm and 10pm on Wednesday, August 21.
Police believe both parties are known to each other.
A 25-year-old man from Margate was arrested today in connection with the incident.
He remains in custody as enquiries continue.
