Ramsgate Harbour stabbing leads to arrest of man

A man has been arrested on suspicion of assault after a 21-year-old was stabbed near Ramsgate harbour.
The victim told police he was attacked after stepping in to break up a fight between two other people, shortly before 1.30am today in Harbour Parade.
He suffered a stab injury and was treated at hospital before being discharged.
Officers are appealing for information into the disturbance.
A 37-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault and remains in custody.
