Beach huts in Thanet have been damaged and washed out to sea as storms battered the coastline.
The treacherous weather has left some of the properties washed away.
Video: The beach huts were at the mercy of the waves
This image shows several floating in the choppy waters, with others stranded on the sand.
The damage came as people were seen just yards away at Thanet's Westbrook beach.
One image, shared by Ryan Hosking, shows nearly a dozen huts perched perilously close to the shore as the water closes in.
Owners will now be left counting the cost, with some beach huts costing around £30,000.
It is not clear if anyone was in them at the time.
