Firefighters were called after a wheelie bin blaze spread to a car port.
Crews were sent to Fitzmary Avenue in Margate shortly before 4.40am today, where they extinguished the flames in around 15 minutes.
No casualties were reported.
It's believed the blaze started accidentally in a wheelie bin next to the car port.
The flames set fire to wood stored on either side of the structure, before spreading to the guttering.
