A body has been found more than five months after a pensioner was first reported missing.
The tragic discovery was made in water near the village of Sarre, in Thanet, yesterday.
Police say they are no longer appealing for information concerning 73-year-old Graham Waite, who was reported missing from his home in Garlinge last October 30.
While formal identification has not yet taken place, the family of the missing man have been notified.
A police spokesman said: "His death is not currently being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner."
