The hunt is on for a man who kicked a young boy from his bicycle and rode off on it.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the attack in Park Crescent Road, Margate, on Saturday, September 27.

The 12-year-old boy was cycling with a friend at about 7.25pm when the man assaulted him before stealing his Carrera Kraken mountain bike and riding away towards Dane Park.

The suspect is a thin white man, 5ft 6in and aged about 30, who was wearing a blue Nike hooded top and grey tracksuit bottoms.
