Police have issued an image of a person they would like to identify after an amusement arcade was raided.
Police are hoping to identify the man in the picture and are appealing to the public for information.
On Sunday, January 27, a man in his 20s who was working in the premises in Margate's High Street was approached at 4am by an unknown man who was holding a black pole.
He demanded access to the office on site.
Despite attempts by the member of staff to stop the offender, he fled with a quantity of cash.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Leah Roberts said: "We would like to identify the man pictured as he may be able to assist our inquiries.
"While the face may not be particularly clear in this image, we hope someone will recognise the clothing, footwear and build of the man and let us know who he is."
Anyone who might have seen something unusual around that time in Margate High Street near to the junction with the centre, or any of the alley ways nearby, can call police on 01843 222289 quoting 46/17547/19.
Alternatively, contact the independent charity Crimestoppers in Kent anonymously on 0800 555 111.
