The Coastguard helicopter has been heard hovering in the skies tonight after a boat broke down in a river and became lost.
A search was co-ordinated by teams on the ground, with assistance from the aircraft, which is helping guide teams and using search lights to find the vessel.
The boat isn't believed to be a large craft, but Dover Coastguard say the crew on board lost their bearings and have become uncertain of their position in the River Stour.
The search focused on Sandwich, Richborough and Minster and the vessel was found.
