Flat fire in Terrace View on Margate seafront

Emergency crews were called to a fire in flats above an amusement arcade.
Four engines attended Terrace View above Margate Amusements at about 3.15pm today.
No injuries have been reported, and inquiries are ongoing to establish the cause.
A dog was trapped on a balcony during the blaze, but the animal is understood to have been rescued.
A fire service spokesman said: “We were called to a flat fire at Terrace View, in Margate.
“Four fire engines attended, and crews wearing breathing apparatus used hose reel jets to extinguish the flames.
“There were no reported injuries and the cause is not yet known.”
