Delays after crash on A255 St Peter’s Road, Broadstairs

Drivers are warned to expect delays after a crash on a busy diversion route.
The two-car collision happened on the A255 St Peter’s Road in Broadstairs today.
Very slow traffic is reportedly building in the area and the road is partially blocked.
St Peter’s Road is on the diversion route for a closure outside QEQM Hospital.
Ramsgate Road is shut for water works by the entrance, and traffic is being sent to the back access.
Kent County Council Highways posted on X: “There are reports of an RTC on St Peter’s Road.
“Expect delays in the area.”
Shutting to accommodate Southern Water, the project is set to last for at least a fortnight.
