When he caught up with the bus, the phone was missing and had not been handed in.

The phone is described as a black Lumia 526 Windows.

Investigating officer PC Steven Lewis said: "We believe the man pictured has information which could help us locate the phone and we would urge him to get in touch."

Any witnesses to the incident or anyone who may have been offered a similar phone is urged to contact Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting ZY/20541/15.
