Margate: Man robbed by man with pool cue in Ethelbert Terrace

A dog walker was robbed by a man wielding a pool cue in Margate.

The victim, who is in his 30s, was walking past the Lido in Ethelbert Terrace when he was approached by two men.

One of the men, who was carrying a pool cue, attacked the victim before the pair walked off along the seafront in the direction of Fort Crescent.

The victim's phone and bank card were stolen during the robbery.

At about 8.30pm on Monday.

The first suspect was described as a white man, aged 35 to 40 years old, with a gold tooth and black short spiky hair.

He was wearing a blue t-shirt and black tracksuit bottoms.

The second was described as Asian, with thick black hair, and wore a grey jumper which had black stripes on the arms.
