Driver, 80, taken to hospital after two-car crash in Ramsgate near Royal Parade

An elderly man has been taken to hospital with head injuries after two cars crashed in Ramsgate this morning.
The incident happened in Paragon, near the Royal Parade.
An ambulance crew attended the scene and took the man, believed to be around 80 years old, to the Queen Elizabeth Queen Mother hospital.
Police spokesman Scarlet Jones said: "Kent Police received a report of a collision involving two vehicles in Paragon, Ramsgate, at 9.51am today.
"One driver has sustained an injury believed to be minor."
Work is being carried out to recover both of the vehicles so police say avoid the area if possible.
