Police, ambulance crews and firefighters called after person falls from cliff at Palm Bay, Margate

There was a large emergency service presence at a Kent beach this evening after someone fell from a cliff.
Two police cars and a van, a fire engine and Kent Fire and Rescue Service car, two ambulances and a critical care car were spotted at Palm Bay in Margate at around 6.30pm.
In is understood police officers have cordoned off the cliff above the beach.
One eyewitness reported seeing a casualty being given CPR.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "Officers were called to reports that a person had fallen off a cliff. Officers are on the scene assisting paramedics."
