Emergency services called to Margate railway station after concerns for teenager's welfare

Emergency services were called to a railway station following concerns for the welfare of a teenager.
Police and paramedics were in attendance outside Margate station this afternoon.
It follows concerns for the welfare of a teenager girl shortly before 2pm.
Officers confirmed their attendance and said a girl had been taken into the care of South East Coast Ambulance Service (Secamb) staff.
Secamb has been approached for further information.
