Firefighters battled a large fire at a block of flats.
Crews were called to the blaze at the building in Fosters Avenue, Broadstairs, late last night.
A total of seven fire engines and a height vehicle were sent to the scene just before midnight.
Kent Fire and Rescue Services' volunteer response team also attended to support affected residents.
Following a three-and-a-half hour battle, firefighters were able to extinguish the flames using hose reel jets and main jets.
Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
A fire services spokesperson said: "It’s believed the fire started in the garden and spread to the roof space of the property.
"The cause is not yet known."
