Firefighters tackled a blaze in a Broadstairs bedroom

Firefighters tackled a blaze which started in a bedroom of a home in Broadstairs last night.
Crews were called to Cliffside Drive Broadstairs at 10.49pm.
Using breathing apparatus and a hose they extinguished the flames in the first-floor bedroom.
They cleared smoke from the home using a special fan.
There are no reports of any injuries and the cause of the fire is not yet known.
