A bounce park and soft play centre is set to reopen this weekend after doubling in size and adding new activities including an unlimited arcade.
From tomorrow, Elev8 at Broadstairs Retail Park will once again welcome Kent families after an expansion project saw it take over the next-door building.
Now with over 28,000 sqft of space, the indoor entertainment facility has added an inflatable park with a 9m tall slide, obstacle course, bungee runs and impossible ladder climbs.
Another new feature of the Thanet centre - located nearby Westwood Cross Shopping Centre - is an arcade where children can play as much as they would like during their time slot.
Elev8 co-founder Hadley Colton said: “I’ve personally been able to test all the activities out and I can honestly say they are brilliant fun.
“We can’t wait to see people using them all from this weekend.”
“We have had a really wet winter and it’s been hard for parents with energetic kids to find something fun and affordable to do and we hope our new facilities will bring them lots of enjoyment and will tire them out.”
With the re-opening, Elev8 have announced it will now be offering tickets for one and two-hour sessions, group saver deals and other weekday offers.
There are also several new interactive physical games including a climbing wall, footy cage, and a floor game - the floor is lava.
Basketball lanes, tumble tracks and wall-to-wall interconnecting trampolines have also been introduced.
Elev8 first opened in October 2022 but has undergone several expansions since.
In April 2023 the facility added a a three-tier soft play area, mini bounce park and disability-friendly sensory room.
Some eight months later a ninja course and interactive games area were also added.
Ms Colton added: “We would like to thank our customers for their support over the last couple of years which has enabled us to expand and invest in the business further, creating new employment opportunities for local people.”
