Bleak House, Fort Road, Broadstairs, on market since October last year

Charles Dickens' summer home is back on the market - for a cool price tag of £5.2m.
Bleak House, a seven-bedroom mansion with staff quarters, has been up for sale with estate agents Terence Painter since last October.
The Grade II Listed building in Fort Road, Broadstairs, was built in 1801 and is thought to be one of the country's most renowned and expensive homes.
Would-be buyers could snap up a slice of history, as it was Charles Dickens' summer home, where he wrote David Copperfield in 1851.
It's also believed to have been the inspiration behind the book that shares its name, although the property was known as Fort House when Dickens lived there, and was only renamed later to reflect its celebrity status.
But it's not the first time it's come up for sale in recent years. In 2014 it was being sold for £2m.
The current owners have restored the property with all its grand and quirky features.
It boasts a lower ground floor museum with its own prison cells, underground inn and old artefacts.
The house is to be sold with all of its fixtures, fittings and historical items and it is currently operating as a Visit England five star bed and breakfast and wedding venue.
It also has a reception hall featuring grand doors and decorative ceilings.
