Pioneering head cam footage will be used in a court case later this month.
Two men are due in court on May 21, charged with grievous and actual bodily harm following an incident in Margate's Marine Terrace in January.
Gregory Davies, 26, of Dane Hill in Margate and Bill Denning, 25, of Godwin Road in Cliftonville were arrested after two men were assaulted outside the Mechanical Elephant pub and restaurant on January 18.
Film from head cams worn by door staff in Marine Terrace will form part of the prosecution case.
The equipment, which records colour footage and sound, was introduced last year in a project organised by Thanet District Council and the police and because of its success in Margate, it is now being extended into Broadstairs and Ramsgate.
