A Grammy Award-winning group have been forced to cancel a gig in Kent amid "health concerns with a lead member".
De La Soul had been scheduled to perform their best-known hits at Dreamland in Margate this weekend.
But bosses from the venue have today revealed the hip-hop trio's concert – which was previously postponed due to the pandemic – has been scrapped.
A spokesman announced: "Sadly due to ongoing personal health concerns with a lead member of De La Soul, the event on Saturday, July 23, has been cancelled.
"We are sending them all our love and best wishes."
Dreamland officials say full refunds will be given to those who had already purchased tickets.
De La Soul were awarded a Grammy in 2006 for their collaboration with the Gorillaz on the song Feel Good Inc.
