Kent serviceman killed in Iraq

AN AIRMAN whose family live in Westgate, near Margate, is thought to be Kent’s first fatality in the Iraq war.
The serviceman, who has not been named by the Minstry of Defence, is believed to have been on board one of two Royal Navy Sea King Mk 7 Airborne early warning helicopters that collided over the northern Arabian Gulf on Saturday.
There were no survivors from the six British and one Uinted State crew members aboard.
