Lido building in Cliftonville, Margate being sold through London auctioneer on Rightmove website

The Lido site in Cliftonville has been put up for auction.
Stour Side Investments is selling the complex with a guide price of £600,000.
The historic seaside venue has been listed through London auctioneers Allsop on property website Rightmove.
The listing said: “A freehold terrace of buildings occupying a site extending to approximately 0.729 Hectares (1.802 acres).
“Comprising of two nightclubs and a separate bar, possible potential for development subject to obtaining all necessary consents, close to sea front and with sea views.”
The lot is a freehold property and the auction will end on March 30.
