A man has been charged following an early morning disturbance in a residential street.
Police were called to Byron Avenue, Margate, at 4.30am on Saturday to reports of a man "acting in an erratic manner".
Officers arrested an individual at the scene, and have now charged David Johnston with failing to provide a breath test.
The 33-year-old, who lives in the adjoining Poets Corner, has been bailed.
He is due to appear before Margate Magistrates’ Court on December 14.
The full charge is for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation.
