It has since reopened but part of the car park remains cordoned off.

Officers arrived at the property at 1am, where they found a man in his 40s dead at the scene.

They remain at the property this morning.

Police believe the two men knew each other.

A witness described hearing screams in the early hours of the morning.

She said forensics officers are currently combing and photographing the scene.

Hannah Blake, of nearby Dane Hill, said: "I was actually sleeping when it happened, but I got messaged by a neighbour to say that half of my street was blocked off."
