A man from Westgate is due to appear at crown court after being charged with seven offences including having a prohibited weapon.
Simon Abbott, 22, of Ethelbert Terrace in Westgate, was arrested on Monday, November 14, and charged the following day.
He was charged with supplying cannabis, possessing a prohibited weapon, importing weapons, criminal damage and sending offensive or indecent messages of menacing character.
He appeared at Medway Magistrates' Court yesterday and has been remanded until he is due to stand in front of a judge at Canterbury Crown Court on Wednesday, December 14.
