Police are searching for a 65-year-old man who has been missing for more than a week.

Ken Currell was reported missing from Ramsgate on August 26 following concerns that he had not been seen by friends for a few days.

A number of inquiries have been carried and officers are now appealing for him to get in contact to confirm he is safe well.

He is described as approximately 5ft 5ins tall and is of a medium build with dark brown hair.

He normally wears a t-shirt and shorts and is said to walk with a limp.

Ken is believed to have links to Thanet and Essex.

Anyone with information about Ken’s whereabouts is asked to call 101 quoting 26-0536.
