Kent Police seek witnesses after crash involving car and motorbike in Sacketts Hill, Broadstairs

A man remains in hospital in a serious condition following a crash involving a car and a motorbike.
The incident happened in Broadstairs yesterday at around 3.35pm and saw a red, white, and black Yamaha Fazer motorbike collide with a white Ford Fiesta.
Officers from Kent Police attended the scene in Sacketts Hill, at the junction with St Peter’s Road, along with South East Coast Ambulance Service.
The injured man, who is in his 20s, was airlifted to a London hospital where he remains in a serious condition. His next of kin have been made aware.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed the accident to come forward.
A force spokesman said: “Anyone who witnessed the collision and has not yet spoken to the police is urged to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 01622 798538, quoting reference SM/DC/084/24.
“Motorists with dashcam and residents with private CCTV are also asked to check for relevant footage.”
