Man treated for burns after house fire in Syndale Place, Ramsgate

A man has been treated for burns following a house fire.
Firefighters were called to the blaze at a home in Syndale Place, Ramsgate.
Four fire engines were sent, as well as a height vehicle, shortly after 7pm yesterday.
Crews wore breathing apparatus and used hose reel jets and main jets to battle the flames.
A man was treated by paramedics after suffering minor burns and smoke inhalation.
The fire service said it is believed the fire started accidentally on the first floor of the property but the exact cause is not yet known.
