Man found seriously injured in Grosvenor Place, Margate, sparks police investigation

A man in his 50s is in a critical condition after he was found with a serious stomach wound.
Police discovered the man when they were called to a property in Grosvenor Place, Margate, just before 5.30am yesterday.
He was taken to a London hospital where he remains in a critical but stable condition.
Police have since arrested a 51-year-old man from Margate, who is known to the injured man.
He has been taken into custody while detectives have launched an investigation to establish how the man came to be seriously injured.
Officers will remain in the Grosvenor Place area to carry out inquiries.
