A person suffered serious injuries after the car they were travelling in crashed into a brick wall.

The incident happened at just before 10.30pm last night in Bedlam Court Lane, Minster.

Others inside the Saab left the scene before officers arrived.

Police say all of those believed to have been inside the vehicle, one of whom had sustained serious injuries, have since been identified and spoken to.

Enquiries to establish the full circumstances are ongoing.
