Margate: Suspected arson in Jennifer Gardens

Firefighters were called to a caravan blaze in the early hours of this morning.

Two fire engines attended the scene in Jennifer Gardens, Margate, and crews used a hose reel to tackle the fire.

It destroyed the caravan and caused some damage to fencing and a shed.

The cause of the fire is believed to be deliberate.

A police spokesman said: "Kent Police is investigating a suspicious fire that destroyed a caravan in Jennifer Gardens, Margate, in the early hours of Monday 19 June."
