Two primary school children have been approached by a woman behaving "suspiciously" in separate incidents.
Police were called this morning after the pupils were targeted on their way to Chilton primary school in Ramsgate.
Headteacher Kate Law emailed parents about the incidents, saying she had informed other local schools.
The email reads: "We have made a report to the police this morning regarding two of our children who were approached by the same individual in separate incidents as they made their way to school.
"We will speak to older children about stranger danger and vigilance but wanted to make families aware.
"Local headteachers have also been informed.
"The police will send a PCSO to the local area for home time."
Police are making enquiries into the report.
A police spokesman said: "Police received a report at 10.15am that a woman had behaved suspiciously towards two children in separate incidents in Chilton Lane, Ramsgate earlier in the day.
"Enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances."
