There are rush-hour delays after a crash which is thought to involve a lorry and a car.
The A299 at Cliffsend, near Thanet is partially blocked.
The accident is on the eastbound carriageway between the A256 Richborough Way (Sevenscore roundabout) and the A256 (Lord Of The Manor Roundabouts).
Police and ambulance are on the scene.
