Southern Water engineers were called to a burst water main in Broadstairs.
Police were also called to Albion Road, which had to be shut due to the leak.

Southern Water responded to the report to confirm an inspector was due to attend as soon as possible.
A further statement added: “We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by a burst four-inch water main in Albion Road, Broadstairs, at 8.24am this morning.
“The road has been closed by the police and a Southern Water team is on site assessing the damage. A repair crew is on its way and will begin work fixing the burst as soon as possible.”
